Elm St.) to inspect and educate caregivers on how to install and properly use their child safety seats, including booster seats. No appointment is necessary. City to Award Grants The City of Sisters seeks to award grants to nonprofi t community groups and other entities that meet the criteria for the 2018-19 fi scal year, beginning 7/1/18. The City will award up to a total of $20,000 in grants for Sisters community projects. Pending Changes to the County Marijuana Program The Deschutes County Board of Commissioners proposes marijuana regulation changes with public hearings scheduled to begin in late summer.
