Civil War Living History A full Civil War reenactment at House on Metolius is open to the public, Saturday and Sunday, May 19 & 20. Over 200 Civil War reenactors will present living conditions and circumstances of 1863 in the only event of its kind in Central Oregon. Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and to 4 p.m. on Sunday, with mock battles with cannons and muskets fi ring real black powder 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day.
