Christmas Parade
Vets: Join the Parade!
The annual Christmas Parade
will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday,
November 25, traveling south
on Hood Avenue from Pine
Street. After the parade, all
are invited to come meet with
Santa at the chamber offi ce!

Church Holiday Crafts Faire
The Kiwanis Club of Sisters will
hold their annual See’s Candy
sales fundraiser out of a trailer
in the Ray’s Food Place parking
lot, now through Saturday,
December 30 (or until it sells
out!), 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
(half-day on Thanksgiving and
closed Christmas Day). Profi ts
go to scholarships, career-
change assistance, and other
Kiwanis service projects. For

St. Edward the Martyr Roman

handcrafted Christmas items,
decorations, quilted projects

Furry Friends Foundation will

go to FFF, the local nonprofi t
that provides free spay and
neuter surgeries, vaccinations
and more at the Bend Spay

Bell Choir Performance
On Saturday, December 16

holiday music with the Sisters
High Desert Bell Choir, which

Online Fundraising Auction
Camp Eagle Cap offers a one-
week wilderness camp in the
summer for at-risk kids ages
10-12. The vision of this faith-
based organization is to touch
the hearts of kids before they
get to middle school and high
school, and proceeds from the
silent auction will help expand
to two summer camps in 2018.

food assistance at the Sisters
Kiwanis Food Bank. Eligibility
rules may be found online
at fns.usda.gov/tefap or visit
the food bank for complete
information. The food bank is
located at Main Avenue and
Oak Street and is open once a
week, Thursdays from 9 a.m.
to 2 p.m. You may also get cat
and dog food weekly during
those hours at no charge,
provided by Furry Friends

The Sisters High School Jazz
Choir is an elite choir of 16
students auditioned out of
the school choral program,

Wreaths Across America at
Camp Polk Cemetery
This year’s ceremony at
Camp Polk Cemetery placing
wreaths to honor fallen service
members will be held at 9 a.m.
on Saturday, December 16.
Funds are still being raised to
make sure all headstones have

Santa Claus has once again
