70th ANNIVERSARY
Charles & Shirley Byram
To honor and celebrate 70 years of
marriage, Charles and Shirley Byram’s fi ve
children hosted a family reunion June 9-12.
In attendance were Linda Pelter, Nancy
Rank (with husband Jerry), Jenelle Byram-
Scott, Sheryl Ascherl, and Thomas Byram
(with wife Malyne) in addition to several
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and
great-great-grandchildren.
Charles and Shirley lived in Portland,
then moved to Silverton where they lived
for 40 years, before moving to Sisters where
they now reside. They’ve traveled to many
places these past 70 years, including China,
Germany, Rome, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska,
Fiji and the Philippines.
Charles and Shirley raised their children in the Seventh Day Adventist
church and have shown them love, joy, and adventures through
the years. May they have many more years ahead, with many more
memories. Corinthians 13:13: So now faith, hope, and love abide, these
three, but the greatest of these is love.
