3 Sisters and Cook Contracting
Ed Cook is now bringing a lifelong commitment to quality
work to Sisters as 3 Sisters and Cook Contracting. If you have
a modest-sized project that you want done right down to the last
detail, Ed Cook is your guy.
He’s not the bargain-basement guy — he prides himself on a
job well done, built to last. And one that offers the best value in
the long run.
Quality of materials and quality work are hallmarks of 3 Sis-
ters and Cook Contracting — whether it’s carpentry or painting.
Ed is a master of both trades and cares deeply about satisfying
his customer — the fi rst time around.
“I’ve never cut corners, and I never will,” he says. “To give a
good product, you’ve got to use good materials. I want to sell the
best product I can at the fairest price I can deliver.”
Latigo
Latigo Restaurant is under new ownership, and Grant and
Tracy are eager to welcome Sisters to their establishment with
a warm smile. They’ve listened to the desires of customers, and
have created a brand-new menu featuring Sisters-friendly pric-
ing on such delicious items as an elk burger on the bar menu and
a pork-belly sandwich that is getting rave reviews. They’re also
offering a broader selection of wines — something for everyone.
In mid-February, they will begin featuring sushi — again at
the request of eager customers — and live music on weekends.
Latigo is a great date-night venue for Valentine’s Day. On Feb-
ruary 14, they’ll be offering a prix fi xe menu. Make reservations
early! And keep your eye out for a beer pairing dinner in March.
Come out and give the great food and welcoming atmosphere
at Latigo a try. It may just become your new favorite destination
in Sisters!
