on Hwy. 20 Construction
ODOT and the City of Sisters
invite the public to an open
house to learn about upcoming
construction projects on Hwy.
20 in the area, including the
Sisters roundabout at Barclay
Drive and McKinney Butte Rd.

on Wednesday, January 25
from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Sisters

Annual Art Exhibit
Reception at the Library
The Friends of the Sisters
Library 12th Annual Art Exhibit,
featuring works by local artists,
runs through Friday, February
24. The public reception, with
a silent auction, complimentary
hors d’oeuvres and beverages,
and the announcement of the
ever-popular People’s Choice
Awards, will be held at the
library on Friday, January 27

CPR and First Aid Class
Sisters-Camp Sherman RFPD
will offer the American Heart
Association “Heartsaver” CPR
class on Friday, February 3. The
Adult CPR segment is from
9 a.m. to about 1 p.m. For
those who need it, the child &
infant CPR immediately follows.
The First Aid segment will be
held Saturday, February 4 from
9 a.m. to about 1 p.m. Register

Write Your Memoir
Wednesday, February 22 from
noon to 3 p.m. at the Sisters
Library, Lindsay Wong will lead
a workshop on memoir writing.
One week prior, students will
submit the opening pages of
a short essay or memoir-in-

their cabin for the last three

the loan of a snowmobile for
the remainder of this winter
(current supplies have been
brought to them by a friend
on a snowmobile). If you are
