Native Bird Care of Sisters
needs the help of volunteers
for a variety of tasks, including
transporting birds from the site
of rescue to the Sisters facility;
cleaning and disinfecting
enclosures; maintenance of

Senior Lunches and More
Meet your fellow seniors at
the Sisters Senior Luncheon!
Lunch is served every Tuesday
at noon at Sisters Community
Church with a $3.50 suggested
donation for those over 60. The
espresso hour runs 11 a.m. to
noon, and BINGO is played
after lunch until 2:30 p.m. A
free blood pressure clinic is
offered the last Tuesday of the
month from 11 a.m. to noon.

Christmas Tree Recycling
During the month of January
(beginning Monday, January 2),
you may take your Christmas
tree to the Sisters Recycling
Center at no charge. Trees
must be bare and free of any
decorations. Residents with
yard recycling service may
cut down trees to fi t their cart.
