Allie Spear’s two main commitments
are as an IEE intern and as a volleyball
player.
She says she relishes her leadership role
in IEE.
“I love being around people… I love the
outdoors; I love what we do and how we
inspire and how I’m in a leadership role,”
she says.
A skilled club volleyball player, Allie
has earned an athletic scholarship to Con-
dordia University in Portland.
Sisters has given Allie a strong sense of
place and of community. She’s lived here
all her life and will always call it home,
wherever her adventures take her.
“It has taught me that I’m ready to get
out for a while and experience life outside
Sisters,” she says. “I know that there’s a
world outside Sisters and it’s big — and I
think (Sisters) has prepared me for that.”
