Mentoring Program Offers Orientation Class Central Oregon Partnerships for Youth, a Deschutes Co. Sheriff’s Offi ce program, prepares volunteers to become a mentor for a child with an incarcerated parent. Volunteers spend several hours a week with their child for a minimum 1-year commitment.
