The
proposed
text
and
map
amendments will establish a new
sub-district entitled Pine Meadow
Village Residential Single Family
(R-PMV) within the City existing
Residential district. The new
R-PMV sub-district will adopt
certain dimensional standards
found in the Residential Single
Family (RS) standards, Deschutes
County Code, Title 20 that were
originally entitled by Deschutes
County prior to the development
being annexed into the City. The
text amendments are primarily
focused
on
setbacks
and
definition
of

building height.

Development Code Chapter 2.2
(Residential District), Chapter 4.1
(Applications and Procedures),
and Chapter 4.7 (Land Use
District
Map
and
Text
Amendments).
Questions or concerns regarding
this application should be
directed to the Community
Development Department at
Sisters City Hall. Failure to raise
an issue in person, or by letter
before or during the hearing, or
failure to provide statements or
evidence sufficient to afford the
decision-maker an opportunity to
respond to the issue, means that
an appeal based on that issue
cannot be filed with the State
Land Use Board of Appeals. All
evidence relied upon by the City
Council to reach a decision is in
the public record, available for
public review. Copies of this
evidence can be obtained at a
reasonable cost from the City. A
copy of the staff report shall be
available for review at no cost at
