shop and kitchen located on the north side of Bend.
Pono Farm offers an enticing selection of local-
ly raised Wagyu beef, heritage pork, and pastured
eggs. All meats sold in the shop are sourced from
their farm in Central Oregon that is committed to
raising their animals slowly and naturally without
the use of hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or ani-
mal-based feed.
All meat is butchered, cured, processed, and smoked in-house.
Customers can choose from a selection of fresh, cured, or smoked meat products. Since they
utilize the whole animal, hard-to-fi nd cuts can be ordered in advance.
Pono Farm & Fine Meats is also open for lunch Wednesday through Saturday, serving up af-
fordable hand-crafted meals featuring some of the fi nest-tasting local meat.
