Harmony Farm Sanctuary
Fundraising Day
On Saturday, May 30 from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m., all are invited
to a fun day at Harmony
Farm Sanctuary, 16054 Perit
Huntington Rd. This fundraiser
is to help the sanctuary obtain
their 501(c)(3) status as a rescue
farm for animals. Come enjoy
the open barn, petting zoo,
garage sale, chair massage, live
music and more, including a
silent auction from 10 a.m. to

The Sisters High School Choir

quilt, made and donated by

Music, Movement & Stories
For ages 3 to 5, fun with music,
movement and stories will be
presented at 10:15 a.m. at the
Sisters Library on Saturday,
May 30. In addition to fun, it’s
a time for skills development.

First Aid Class
The next CPR/AED and First
Aid class, provided by the
Sisters-Camp Sherman RFPD, is
scheduled for Saturday, June 27.

Cipy Seeks Two Planning

applications for two volunteers
for the Planning Commission;
an “in-city” and an “out-of-city
within Sisters School District.”
The commission reviews
major land-use applications
and advises the city council
on policies and changes to
the Comprehensive Plan
and Development Code.

Free Smoke Alarm Check
The Sisters-Camp Sherman
RFPD will be visiting homes on
Saturday, May 30 from 10 a.m.
to 1 p.m. to check and install

a HfH International build-trip
to Kyrgyzstan. No building

a desire to help a family in
need of a decent home while
learning each other’s culture!

On Tuesday, June 9 from 5 to
7:30 p.m., sports physicals will
take place in the commons and
gym at Sisters High School and
are required for all incoming
freshmen, juniors, and middle
school students playing sports.
Parents must be present to sign
the form before students may
receive the physical. There
will not be a physical night in
August. Donations accepted.

Fundraising Trail Rides
Digital Downloads Lab
On Saturday, June 6, a 9-mile
trail ride will begin at 9 a.m.
from Sisters Cow Camp,
with donations taken onsite
at registration for St. Jude’s
Children’s Research Hospital.
On Sunday, June 7, a poker
ride (8 miles) will also begin
at 9 a.m. $5 per hand with no
limit to number of hands. This
is a fundraiser for the Central
Oregon chapter of OET. Sisters
Cow Camp offers free camping
and plenty of parking! For

local hearing specialists to
