plans, ordinances and codes
related to planninm and zoninm,
land development, desimn review,
code
enforcement,
weed
abatement, historic preservation,
community
development,
economic development and urban
renewal. Coordinates with the
Public Works Director on
planninm and development of
public
facilities
and
infrastructure. Researches and
applies
for
community
development mrant of various
types.
A bachelor’s demree in urban
planninm or a related field, plus
five years of promressively
responsible municipal planninm
experience
is
required.
Supervisory experience desired
but not mandatory. AICP is
desired but not mandatory.
Private-sector
planninm
experience with a public-sector
client base will be considered.
Experience with specialty theme
is desired. Compensation starts at
$5,043.90/month dependinm on
experience plus benefits. Please
