In addition, all senior citizens (65 & older) will receive a free concession voucher, and all fans in attendance an American fl ag. FREE fearing Screening Sisters Park & Recreation District is partnering with All American Hearing of Redmond to provide free hearing screenings on Monday, January 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at SPRD. Smoke Alarm Campaign On Saturday, January 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Sisters- Camp Sherman RFPD will conduct door-to-door smoke alarm checks between W. St. Helens. and W. Black Crater avenues, including parts of S. Oak, S. Ash, and S. Elm streets. Firefi ghters will canvas the area to ensure that residents have working home smoke alarms, and install them if needed, free of charge! Bingo, Community Dinner and Silent Auction All are invited to join the Outlaws for a fun, family night with Outlaws Together Bingo on Monday, January 26 at Sisters High School. Doors open at 5 p.m. for dinner, sponsored by Sisters Park & Recreation District (just $2 a plate!), and bingo starts at 6:30 p.m. Eleven games are $15, which includes Bingo Blackout with the grand prize of a 32GB Apple iPad Mini with retina display! Class for Mentoring Kids with Incarcerated Parents Central Oregon Partnerships for Youth (COPY), a program of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Offi ce, prepares volunteers to become mentors for children with an incarcerated parent. Mentors commit to spending a few hours a week together for a minimum of one year. On Saturday, January 17, COPY will offer a 6-hour training class (no cost to attend).
