By rongi Yost By rongi Yost Correspondent The swim team boasts 22 team members this season, and the majority of the squad is brand-new to the sport. The Outlaws swimmers already have a couple of meets under their belts and several hope to make their mark this year. Mary Stewart has the potential to set a new 100- yard freestyle record this sea- son, and Shawn Horton could break the 500-yard freestyle record. Two freshmen girls, Hawley Harrer and Anna Bartlett, have already made a huge impact on the team. Both girls have already com- peted on the girls varsity relay and have placed in their individual events. Bartlett will focus on the 500-yard freestyle, while Harrer will focus on the 50- and the 100- yard freestyle. Noah Huber has already made tremendous progress, has had incredible drops in time, and will put forth his efforts in the 100-yard butter- fly. Seniors Emily Christen and Jonathan Luz are also swimmers to watch this season.
