Know All, liy these presents: That the Capitol Adventure Co. neither
slumbers nor sleeps, but are awake and up to the times, and know well
that owinf; to the depression of business in the East there will be many
failures. Now we want to be ready to capture any bargains that may
be oil'ered on account of such failures, and to do this it will bo necessary
