hereinafter set forth, all the right
title and interest that the estate of
Daniel Graf, deceased, and Johanne

of section nine, all in township
thirty, south, range seventeen. East
of Willamette Meridian in Lake
County, Oregon.
Said sale to be made upon the
following terms: One half of the
purchase price to be paid in cash,
the remainder upon time, not to ex
ceed five years for final payment;
deferred payments to be secured by
mortgage upon said property and
evidenced by notes drawing interest
at the rate of seven per cent per an
num payable annually.
