Metro, a metropolitan service district organized
under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro
Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland,
OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed bids for
Roof Replacement at the Metro Regional Center
(MRC).
Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00pm, October
18, 2016, in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand
Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie
Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFB 3210. Bids will
be opened publicly at that time.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all
potential prime and sub-contractors on September
23, 2016 at 10:00am at the main lobby of the Metro
Regional Center, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue,
Portland, OR 97232-2736. Interested sub-con-
tractors are also invited.
Contractor is to provide all equipment, labor and
materials necessary for the removal and replacement
of the existing roof of the main MRC building,

Comments Sought
The Southwest Washington Regional Transporta-
tion Council (RTC) has issued a draft update to its
Public Participation Plan relating to the Council’s
work on regional transportation planning and
programming of regionally significant transportation
projects. Public comments are being sought on this
draft Public Participation Plan.
The proposed Public Participation Plan is available
for review on RTC’s website at <www.rtc.wa.gov>.
Review copies are also available at Fort Vancouver
Libraries and Camas Library. Comments on the
Public Participation Plan will be received by RTC
through October 24, 2016. Comments can be
