H.McEwou, formerly of Pendle ton, accommpauied by Mrs. MoKweu, arrived in the city yesterday to tako charge of tho Sumpter Forwarding company, as Its maungor. Ills family will reside here. Mr. jMcKwou was formerly a traveling man and is well known in tho city. New Freight Clerk. I). W. C.
