Before you purchase any of this stock, however, we want you
to know something about our property, its Ores, Value, De
velopment and any other data that may help you to an un
derstanding of our proposition. We believe we have a very
meritorious investment to offer you, and are confident that after
due reflection upon the facts you will coincide with our judgment.
Our property is what is known as a Gold-Cobalt Mine.
These mines are very rare, only four being in operation in Europe,
and but one of any consequence in our own country. This is a very
rare metal and is principally used in the arts.
But we have other values than cobalt. Gold, cobalt and
copper constitute the chief values, with some silver. The following
assay will prove this :
Gold, 2.479 02.
Cobalt, 675 per cent.
Copper, 3 J. per cent.
Silver, 8.45 02.
Total value per ton, $287.5 J
We have the distinction of not only having the only gold-cobalt
property in the Sumpter district, but also the largest mining
property in Eastern Oregon. Twenty-six claims are included in our
holdings, being the consolidation of three large mines.
Our development work is represented by 3500 feet, and gives
us at least One-half Million Dollars Worth of Ore in Sight. A vig
orous policy of development has been entered upon which will
create a great, ore reserve.
The plan in relation to the further equipment of the property
is to install a concentrator of large tonnage capacity and make our
mines permanent producers at an early date.
