of the City of Hmidon. Oregon, until half
past seven o'clock. p. in.. Wrdtiveday the
3rd. day of December, 1913, for the im
provement of Second Stmt East from the
cast line of Grand Avenve to the west line
of June Avenue and from the east line of
June Avenue to tlie. west line ot Michigan
Avenue in the City of Bandon, Orego, ac
cording to the plans and specifications on
file in the office of the City Recorder and
there open to the inspection of all persons
nterested therein.
All bids must be in accordance with the
requirements accompanying said specifica
tions and upon blanks for tint purpose
which will be supplied upon request at the
the office of the City Recorder.
A certified check of five per cent of the
amount bid must accompany the bid to be
forfeited to the City of Bandon in case the
contract is awarded the contractor and he
fails to enter into a contract with said city
within five days from date said contract is
warded.
The Common Council reserves the right
to reject any and all bids. .

First Street East on that portion from the
East line ot Chicngo Avenue to the West
line of Fillmore Avenue in the City of Ban
don, Oregon, according to trie plans and
specifications on file in the office of the
City Recorder and there open to the in
spection of all persons interested therein
