Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at the Eastside Church in Prineville, followed by a reception at the Prineville Elks Lodge around 12:30 p.m. Mr. Forseth was born Dec. 13, 1934, in Minnesota, to George Sr. and Esther Forseth. His family moved to California when he was a young boy. He graduated from Red Bluff High school in 1953 and attended American River Junior College near Sacramento, Calif. He relocated to Prineville in the early 1970s. He spent some years in John Day and Seneca where he semi-retired, then returned to Prineville in 2007. He was a passionate upholsterer, most of which was self- taught, the maMority of his life. His hobbies included gol¿ ng and hunting, and he obtained his pilot’s license in his mid- 50s. He was a member of the John Day Elks Lodge and the Band Of Brothers in Prineville. Survivors include his six siblings, Jack, Leola, Helen, Marna, Bert and Rodney; six children, Leanne Thompson, Ronald Forseth Jr., Teri Elmore, Nikki Bailey, Brad Forseth and Brent Forseth; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchil- dren. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Jr. ,n lieu of À owers, memorial contributions may be made to Partners in Care Hospices Home in Bend or Band of Broth- ers, Prineville.
