is anxious to pay off. Teachers and
outside f r e ids have agreed to assist 1

and literary program Friday evening
of this week at Linster's Hall. No
reserved seats will be sold. Tickets
for adults may be purchased from
school children or at the door for 1
20 cents. Admission for school 1
pupils and children generally, 10
cents at the door. Come early to j
get a good soat and let the program
start at 8 o'clock.
This entertainment will be fol
lowed shortly by a special show at
the Star Theater for the benefit of
the High School. The exact date
will be announced within a few
days.
Marion VYiost substituted for Miss
Vandevort the first part of last
week.
Last Friday Mm. Saunders was
taken suddenly ill and was obliged
to go home. Elsie Quackonbush
took her place for the day.
Friday evening a number of the
High School students met at the
schoolhouse for the purpose of
organizing a literary society. The
Eociety was organized for both
literary and social purposes.
