Two Goals Reached.
A well attended meeting o f the
Dew Valley community was held
April 2nd and the program o f work
for that community was gone over.
A t least two o f the goals fo r 1 9 »
have already been reached and will
be far surpassed before January 1st
19S1- There are 8 standard calf
clubs organised in this community;
but they have been having a great
deal of trouble to secure calves. Two
cats of molasses and one ear o f mill
feed has been purchased. Some mis
understandings have arisen over feed
pools; due to a lack o f any definite
system on the part ef the farm bu
reau for handling such matters.
Plans are under way by the farm
bureau Executive committee which
will provide for definite or iers and
earnest payment* on order which will
do' away with a great deal o f the
present troubles with pools.
Mr. I. 0 . Peterson was elected as
peats project leader to take the place
o f Kenneth Perkins who’ has moved
from the community.
