IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON,
You are required to appear and answer the
complaint filed against you in the above en
titled suit, on or before the expiration of six
weeks from the date of the first publication of
this sumirons, to-wit, on or before the 19th day
of June, 1908, that being the date of the last
publication of this summons, and if you fail to
answer, for want thereof, the plaintiff will ap
ply to the above numed court for the relief
grayed for in his said complaint and will take a
ecree against you therefor, to-wit :
For a divorco dissolving the bonds of matri
mony existing between the plaintiff and de
fendant upon the grounds of wrongful and
willful desertion by you of defendant without
any cause therefor and without consent of
plaintiff; also for the custody of the two minor
children of plaintiff and defendant to wit,

mons is the 8th day of May 1903, aud the date of
the last publication thereof, is the 19th day of
