Florence Garden Club raised $2,500 during its annual plant sale held Saturday at the Disabled American
Veterans building. The money will provide two $1,000 scholarships and one $500 scholarship to help students
pursue vocations in horticulture, agriculture, forestry and related fields. Club members donated the hundreds
of plants for the sale.
