Realtors celebrate 10 years at Coldwell Banker
Three local real estate bro-
kers at Coldwell Banker Coast
Real Estate recently celebrated
10 years of service with the
local firm, according to Andy
Johnson, owner and principal
broker of the company.
Lynnette Wikstrom, Diana
Hackett and Alice Sichting-
Burns all joined Coast Real
Estate back in 2005, coming
from different backgrounds
and experiences, yet all con-
verging
upon
successful
careers in real estate, Johnson
added.
Wikstrom was previously a
restauranteur, owning and
operating Gingerbread Village
in Mapleton for 25 years before
selling the business and build-
ing in 2004.
Hackett, an Oregon coast
native, held several positions in
office management, insurance,
and real estate in other areas
before joining Coast Real
Estate 10 years ago.
Sichting-Burns first started
at Coast Real Estate as a part-
time secretary, progressing to
broker in 2005. She is also a
long-time librarian at the local

school district.
“From an owner and manag-
er standpoint, I certainly com-
mend these three for their loy-
alty, hard work and dedication
to their industry,” Johnson said.
“Real estate is not an easy road
to success. It takes diligence,
effort and hard work.”
Coast Real Estate was
founded in 1956.
Partnering with Coldwell
Banker in 1999 added world-
wide leader and networks to an
already long-established com-
pany.
