speak at City Club May 1
On Friday, May 1, the
Florence City Club invites the
public to join West Lane
County Commissioner Jay
Bozievich and Lane County

an annual independent audit.

Seventy-two wine enthusiasts raised glasses and money for the Boys and Girls Club of Western Lane County during
its eighth annual wine tour, April 25. This year, after expenses, the tour netted more than $3,300 to help support the
club’s activities. The four wineries participating in this year’s event were Benton Lane Winery (picturerd above),
Brigadoon Wine Company, Sarver Winery and Domaine Meriwether Winery. Sandpines Golf Links served breakfast
beforehand and Mon Ami Gourmet Deli and Antiques provided box lunches.
