MEETING NOTICE
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Cen-
tral Lincoln PUD will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednes-
day February 18, 2015 at Central Lincoln’s Reedsport
office located at 440 Fir Avenue. The Board will do a
quarterly review the utility’s financial condition, and
Board-GM relationship from the Board’s Governance
Policy; review and consider a contract award for a Con-
struction Manager/General Contractor; consider an
award for purchase of a digger derrick; consider an
amendment to the utility’s pension plan and may con-
sider approval of a franchise agreement with the City of
Lakeside. An executive session may be held in accord-
ance with ORS 192.660(2)(d) “to conduct deliberations
with persons designated by the governing body to carry
on labor negotiations.” At the meeting, the Board may
