Morrow county, have taken up and have
in my possession at my farm 15 miles
couth of Heppner, Morrow county,
Oregon, the following described animals
to wit: One pale red steer with white
face, dehorned branded OX on right
hip, both ears cropped with swallow j
fork, two years old this fall. One dark
red steer with white face, dehorned,
branded Q on right hip, both ears
cropped, two years old this fall. The
above described animals have been in
my possession since July 8th, last.
The owner or owners of said animals,
or either of them are hereby notified
that unless the same are claimed within
the proper time or manner, that e
animals will be sold in the manner and
