Dear Smoke Signals:
The 2017 calendar is outstanding. The design and the photographs really
are spectacular. Congratulations to George Valdez for design and Michelle
Alaimo for the photography, and all the others who worked on the calendar.
By just focusing on one or two items of the same kind really makes it
meditative and spiritual. The dark background makes each item stand
out. I am very impressed.
Not to say all the calendars were not great. It is just this one is very
special.

Tribal Court staff is available at no charge for notaries 8 a.m. to
5 p.m. Monday though Friday with the exception of noon to 1 p.m.

Our editorial policy is intended to encourage input from Tribal members and readers
about stories printed in the Tribal newspaper. However, all letters received must be
signed by the author, an address must be given and a phone number or e-mail address
must be included for verification purposes. Full addresses and phone numbers will not
be published unless requested.
SMOKE SIGNALS reserves the right to edit letters and to refuse letters that are determined
to contain libelous statements or personal attacks on individuals, staff, Tribal administration
or Tribal Council. Not all letters are guaranteed publication upon submission. Letters to the

Age Access Policy:
(For Fitness/Weight room )
MUST Be 18 years or older to be in the Fitness/Weight room Center
Youth 13-17 may use the Fitness Center with adult supervision (over 18)
Youth 8-12 may access the Fitness Center with adult supervision, but
may not use equipment.
Youth ages 7 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Weight Room
Age Access for Gymnasium:
Youth under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult
