The other boy, Ira Miller, was arrested \ on the spot and taken before the roper officer and fined, for viola- ion of law, in the sum of ten dol­ lars and costs, in all eighteen dol­ lars. A warrant for the arrest of joung Abbott was issued on Satur­ day, but lie was too unwell to appear for trial. The judgment in the above case was a righteous one.
