The strike of th nitrate -workers has already borne fruit In bloodshed and death and la dally growing worse. At- Lagunas yesterday there was an encounter between troops and strikers, in the course of which seven men -were klllled and 16 wounded. At Iqulque one man was killed and seven were wounded in an encounter with the authorities. A censorship has been established at Iqulque.
