The grand Jury, " which has been Investigating the failure of the Salmon Bank, of Clinton, today returned Indictments on 13 counts against Thomas M. Casey, ex-manager of the bank .who confessed at the time of the failure to using forged notes for so curittes. Major Harvey W. Salmon and G. Y. Salmon, aleo of the bank, were icted on six counts each, and F. M. Imon. the former clerk of the bank, was lAlirted on four counts.
