Buea Monde College of Hair Design is
reaching out to young Latina women in-
terested in participating in the first Miss
Cinco de Mayo Pageant at the 31st annu-
al Cinco de Mayo celebration this year at
Waterfront Park, downtown.
Auditions for ages 16 to 25 years old
will be held at 3407 S.E. 108th Ave. on
Saturday, March 28 from 1 p.m. to 5
p.m., and Sunday, March 29 from noon
to 3 p.m. Participants are asked to bring
a headshot photo. There is a $10 audition
fee.
