suit against JameaW. Davis for a
divorce. They were married July 24,
1892. at Corvallla, Or., and have one
son, Tracy Ernest Davis. It Is charg
ed by Mrs. Davla that her husband
barrasaed her by talking about wo
men he had met and referred to some
woman, unknown to Mrs. Davis, aa his
next wife.
In the presence of his two married
daughters, by a former wife, he la
said to have referred to the same wo
man as hla third wife, and told Mrs.
Davis that be did not love her and
had not caiea lor Tier for the past 18
years. By reason of this treatment
she says she became nervous and 1U
and was compelled to leave mm.
