Tke Weather. Mr. W. E. Pratt, superintendent for the W. T. & L. Co., has kept in his of fice, a weather record and water guage since 1882. According to his report the month of June, '1888, waa a very rainy period, as there was only eight days in June that it did not rain. The record up to date for the present month shows that there has been only seven days that it has not rained, so that rainy weather in June is not without a precedent in Oregon.
