Vhe tuxes on the following advertised
real property became delinquent on the
Mil tfuy or April. mis. and ara aubject
to a penalty of 10 per cent and Interval
at the rule of 12 per cent per annum
until they ahall have, been paid.
Any dav after the expiration of six
months after the taxes charged against
the followlnic described real property are
delinquent the Sheriff is authorised,
upon demand of any peraon musing ap
plication, to Issue to them a certificate
of delinquency upon payment of the
taxes, penalty. Interest and costs of ad
vertising. Certificates of delinquency shall bear
Interest at a rate not exceeding 15 per
cent per annum from the iuie or issu
Hire until the certificate is redeemed.
